Skyhook Helicopters is committed to managing its environmental performance to minimise the impact of our aviation and support operations on the environment and the wider community.

Our commitment extends to all workplaces, employees, contractors, clients, and others affected by our operations. Our objective is to integrate the management of environmental aspects and impacts into every part of our business, ensuring responsible operations across flight activities, ground support, refuelling, and logistics.

We are actively working towards ISO 14064 Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Management and Verification with BSI, demonstrating our dedication to measuring, managing, and reducing our carbon footprint and environmental impact.

Skyhook Helicopters will:

• Assess the environmental impact of our flight, refuelling, and ground operations to prevent pollution and protect the natural environment.
• Comply with all relevant environmental legislation, aviation environmental standards, and client requirements.
• Develop and implement objectives and targets to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and drive continual improvement in environmental performance.
• Incorporate sustainable practices into all aspects of our work, including efficient fuel use, waste reduction, noise management, and energy-efficient facilities.
• Work with suppliers and partners who share our commitment to sustainability and resource efficiency.
• Minimise waste generation, ensure proper segregation and disposal, and promote recycling and re-use across all operations and worksites.
• Adopt a risk-based approach to environmental and GHG training, ensuring employees receive appropriate information and instruction relevant to their roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor and report environmental and GHG performance, ensuring data-driven improvements and transparent management.

Responsibilities and Review

Skyhook Helicopters’ management accepts overall responsibility for environmental and GHG management and will ensure that the necessary resources, training, and support are provided to achieve these objectives.

All employees and contractors are expected to cooperate with Skyhook Helicopters Ltd in implementing this Environmental Policy and to carry out their work in a manner that prevents environmental harm and minimises greenhouse gas emissions.

We will continue to consult with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to maintain environmental awareness, share good practice, and continually improve our performance.
